一、適用範圍
本條款適用於本網站的所有頁面，以及網址 https://3cdogs.com/studio/ 的 3C Dogs Studio（以下稱「Studio」）。個人資料怎麼處理，另見隱私權政策。
二、網站內容
- 本網站的評測、報導與研究文章是編輯部依公開資料與實測整理，僅供參考，不構成購買、投資或法律建議。
- 文章、圖表與影片的著作權屬於本網站或原權利人。引用請註明出處並附原文連結；整篇轉載請先來信取得同意。
- 文中標示來自 Wikimedia Commons 等授權來源的圖片，依各自標示的授權條件使用。
三、3C Dogs Studio
- 用途：Studio 讓 TikTok 創作者用自己的 TikTok 帳號登入，把自己的影片直接發佈到自己的 TikTok，並查看自己影片的觀看、按讚、留言與分享數。
- 登入與權限：登入透過 TikTok 官方授權頁進行，本網站不會取得你的 TikTok 密碼。Studio 只要求三項權限：讀取基本個人資料（user.info.basic）、發佈影片（video.publish）、讀取影片清單與成效（video.list）。
- 你對發佈的內容負責：你必須擁有所發佈影片的權利，並遵守 TikTok 的服務條款、社群自律守則、音樂使用確認（Music Usage Confirmation）與品牌內容政策（Branded Content Policy）。
- 發佈前由你確認：Studio 只在你按下「發佈」之後才把影片傳送給 TikTok；不修改你的影片、不加浮水印或任何宣傳字樣。標題、隱私設定、互動設定與商業內容揭露都由你自己選擇。
- 處理時間：影片送出後，TikTok 需要幾分鐘處理，之後才會出現在你的個人頁。
- 撤銷授權：你可以隨時在 Studio 按「登出」，本網站會同時向 TikTok 撤銷授權；也可以在 TikTok App 的設定裡移除本工具的權限。
- 與 TikTok 的關係：TikTok 是第三方服務。本網站與 TikTok 沒有隸屬或合作關係；TikTok 的審核結果、功能限制與服務中斷，不在本網站控制範圍內。
四、禁止行為
使用本網站或 Studio 時，不得：
- 發佈侵害他人著作權、商標權、隱私權或其他權利的內容；
- 發佈違法、詐騙、色情或違反 TikTok 規範的內容；
- 以自動化程式大量存取、干擾或試圖破解本網站或 Studio；
- 冒用他人帳號或身分。
違反時，本網站得停止你使用 Studio。
五、免責與責任限制
- 本網站與 Studio 依「現況」提供，不保證永不中斷或沒有錯誤。
- 因 TikTok 或其他第三方服務的變更、中斷或審核結果造成的損失，本網站不負責任。
- 在法律允許的範圍內，本網站對使用本網站或 Studio 所生之間接、附帶或衍生損害不負賠償責任。
六、服務變更與條款修改
本網站可能調整、暫停或終止 Studio 或網站的部分功能，也可能修改本條款。修改後的條款刊登在本頁即生效，重大修改會在本頁標示更新日期。修改後繼續使用，視為同意新條款。
七、準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生爭議，以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

These terms apply to https://3cdogs.com (the "Website"), operated by 3C Dogs (科技狗 3C DOG), and to 3C Dogs Studio at https://3cdogs.com/studio/ (the "Studio"). By using them you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
Website content. Reviews, reports and research articles are for reference only and are not purchasing, investment or legal advice. Content is owned by 3C Dogs or the original rights holders; quote with attribution and a link, and ask us before republishing a full article.
3C Dogs Studio.
- Studio lets TikTok creators sign in with their own TikTok account, post their own videos directly to their own TikTok account, and view the views, likes, comments and shares of their own videos.
- Sign-in happens on TikTok's official authorization page; we never receive your TikTok password. Studio requests only three scopes: user.info.basic, video.publish and video.list.
- You are responsible for the content you post. You must own the rights to it and follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.
- Studio sends your video to TikTok only after you press "Post". It does not alter your video or add watermarks or promotional content. You choose the caption, privacy setting, interaction settings and commercial content disclosure yourself.
- After posting, TikTok may take a few minutes to process the video before it appears on your profile.
- You can revoke access at any time by pressing "Log out" in Studio (we also revoke the token with TikTok), or by removing the app's permissions in the TikTok app settings.
- TikTok is a third-party service. 3C Dogs is not affiliated with TikTok and has no control over TikTok's review decisions, feature limits or outages.
Prohibited use. Do not post content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, fraudulent, sexually explicit or violates TikTok's rules; do not scrape, disrupt or attempt to break the Website or Studio; do not impersonate others. We may stop your use of Studio if you do.
Disclaimer. The Website and Studio are provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, 3C Dogs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by changes, outages or decisions of TikTok or other third parties.
Changes. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
